Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our tree care or shrub trimming services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Service Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, we will:

• Review the completed work and address any legitimate concerns
• Provide necessary corrections or adjustments at no additional cost
• Work with you to ensure the service meets agreed-upon specifications

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Service was not performed as agreed upon in the service contract
• Work was completed incorrectly and cannot be reasonably corrected
• Service was cancelled before work began and payment was already collected

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Emergency service cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Services completed as agreed upon in the service contract
• Changes in customer preferences after work has begun
• Damage caused by factors beyond our control (severe weather, existing tree conditions, etc.)
• Services where work was completed but customer expectations were not clearly communicated
